In this Role:
You will be managing teams, including direct Supervisor s;

What You Will Need to Succeed:
You have experience managing the day to day operations of a clinical diagnostic laboratory, fast-paced production environment, or other operations management experience

You are an inspiring, motivating People Leader with experience directly supervising individual contributors and/or Leadership teams

You love working and leading in a high-volume, innovative work environment

You are excited about the opportunity to use your skills and abilities in promoting the health and well-being of animals.

Pay:
Salary rate targeting : $$90K – 100K

Schedule:
This is an overnight Management position, where overlap and oversight of our busiest shift, the overnight shift, is imperative. [Hours will vary depending on need]
