Prime Drivers Hiring for Driver Recruiter Coordinator Full Time

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our growing staffing office in Smyrna, TN. This position will help grow business through recruiting and maintaining day to day operations. This role requires a self-motivated and highly organized person.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to deliver unrivaled service.

• Recruit and process background screenings on candidates for commercial driver positions.
• Direct daily operations, ensuring all branch processes are performed to company standards
• Ensure all financial performance goals are met, including sales and profit goals
• Developing strong pro-active client relationships, understanding customer business requirements and, exceeding customer expectations
• Maintain company standards for policies and practices within the branch

REQUIREMENTS:

• Staffing Experience or Office and Recruiting Experience strongly desired
• Recruiting experience, a MUST
• Self motivated with high energy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Great time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills
• Zoho and TenStreet Software Experience a plus.

Salary is based on experience to include weekly pay. Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay and Sick Pay available. Benefit options including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability insurance.

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
