Responsibilities:

As a Sales Rep for Erie Basement Solutions, you will run pre-set, high-interest, quality appointments and demonstrate our unique, waterproofing application that captures the attention of the buyer.

• Complete an in-home interactive sales presentation to prospective and existing clients
• Measure air quality and size of the basement, for pricing purposes
• Assist the customer in selecting the best option for their home
• Present price and payment to the customer and negotiate the contract and facilitate a one call close

Qualifications to be an Erie Home Sales Rep:

• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Results-oriented approach to selling
• Ability to overcome and handle objections
• Highly self-motivated with developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work middays, evenings and Saturday appointments
