The Ngaanyatjarra Council represents the interests of around 2000 Ngaanyatjarra, Pintupi and Pitjantjatjara people, living in 12 communities in the Central Desert region of Western Australia.

About the Opportunity

Ngaanyatjarra Council has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator, FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie on a 3/1 Roster travelling to Warburton, on the Ngaanyatjarra Lands.

You will be responsible for the hands-on coordination of inventory for all public housing and major construction projects.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Manage and prepare materials for contractors within required timelines
• Compile accurate data and present to a range of internal stakeholders, including sub-contractors and management

About You

To be successful in this role, familiarity in warehousing and experience in maintenance and construction materials is ideal. You will also need to be enthusiastic, efficient and a critical thinker with effective problem-solving skills.

Any experience working in remote areas or with Aboriginal communities will be highly regarded, though not essential provided you have the confidence and resilience to work in a challenging remote environment.
