Responsibilities

• The Social and Digital Marketing Content Creator contributes to the creation, management, and activation of all social media and related strategies including but not limited to Organic Posting schedules, on-brand content conceptualization, organization of grids, meeting timelines, and scheduling the execution of posting and community management for all brand channels.
• Developing a social media strategy that aligns with the brand and its products with the shooting styles of social media platforms
• Maximizing every opportunity to capture engaging content
• Filming, editing, and uploading original content that stands out and drives engagement
• Maintaining creative & technical standards for original content while pushing the envelope on viral creativity
• Leading with a phone-first strategy to create content that looks authentic and organic
• Coordinating activities with internal teams to drive mutually beneficial objectives
• Ensuring all content is relevant, engaging, strategically sound, brand-appropriate, optimized, and aligned with the creative approach/voice of the company
• Oversee monthly social media content calendars, blog posts calendars, and email marketing calendars
• Manage content creation, video/photoshoots, and sourcing to ensure all content exemplifies brand standards

Qualifications

• 1+ years of digital content management, digital video production, or social media marketing management
• Ability to work with emerging software and platforms I.E Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube, Later, and Facebook (*Adobe knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills,
• Knowledge of affiliate outreach marketing
• Excellent written and presentation skills
• Always seeking out new techniques and skills to maintain industry knowledge while immersing yourself in fireworks culture and design/digital trends
• Self-starter/self-driven; positive working attitude
• DEEP KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS IS REQUIRED.
