KROHNE is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join their team in Beverly, MA. ing directly to the CEO, the Continuous Improvement Specialist will work directly with management to implement processes and organize, prioritize and drive projects forward that are in line with the achievement of overall business goals with a concentration on those that will improve the overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or Industrial Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience as a project administrator or in a similar role; experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with all levels of employees and management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to build consensus and bring people together
• Highly organized and process-oriented with strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, flexible to meet changing needs and ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
• Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel; ERP experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 10%, in US and Europe
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally

• Collaborate with functional leaders to identify and lead projects that will help improve productivity and create efficiencies to meet overall business goals
• Develop new process and procedures to improve organizational performance and continuous improvement efforts
• Coordinate resources and vendors to assist with the execution of projects
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor project progress, budget, schedule and scope, and ensure projects are delivered on time
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management analysis in order to minimize project risk
• Manage project sponsor and stakeholder relationships
• Contribute to change management and communication strategies
• Train Lean and continuous improvement techniques and principles
• Independently manage organizational projects through to completion
• Be a valued partner and viewed as a “go to person”
• Improve overall KROHNE communication practices as it relates to process changes
