The Role

The Digital Asset Strategy & Incubation Team is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and incubating high-impact opportunities to expand or improve Fidelity’s offerings in the digital asset market. As a Manager, you will be a key member of this team helping to identify and assess the highest impact opportunities for the business. In this constantly evolving space, our team is not only responsible for scanning and staying informed about emerging ideas or opportunities that impact our overall strategy, but also incubating these ideas and developing concrete plans that can be completed by our development teams.

As Manager, you will be expected to:

• Help scan the external landscape to identify, define and evaluate emerging capabilities or opportunities the domain should pursue in order to achieve its business objectives
• Work closely with your Team Leader and other members of the strategy team to turn concepts into clear plans and concrete strategies for our product development teams to implement
• Collaborate with key business partners to define customer research and analyze data to develop strategic insights vital to advising our digital asset strategy
• Research & develop a perspective to help advise critical business decisions or responses to trends in the market, competitor actions, volatility, regulation, customer behaviors and more

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years working in a professional environment; 3+ years working in management consulting, growth strategy and/or product management
• Experience leading and completing one or more projects / initiatives and effectively navigating large, sophisticated organizations
• Critical thinker with experience taking a data driven approach and owning the outcome
• Strong communication and presentation skills required for packaging information and engaging with senior executive level audiences
• Financial modeling, required
• Financial services, FinTech and/or digital asset experience, preferred
• Agile experience, preferred
• Jira and Jira Align experience, preferred

The Team

The role s to a Team Leader on the Digital Asset Strategy & Incubation Team within our Digital Assets Domain. The domain partners with other areas of Fidelity to develop solutions and capabilities that support enterprise-wide initiatives. The role will partner in an agile fashion with other teams and functions within the domain including product leads, squad leaders, scrum masters and chapter leaders.

Please see below for the salary range for work locations in New York City, Westchester County, NY and Jersey City, NJ only:

$90,000 – $120,000 per year

This position is eligible for incentive compensation or an annual bonus opportunity.
