We are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Lead Two Year Old Teacher who has a passion for instilling values in young children. The Lead Toddler Teacher should possess high energy and the ability to handle the demands of toddlers with different personalities and needs.

To be successful as a Lead Two Year Old Teacher, you should be creative, energetic, and able to encourage self-expression. Top candidates will possess a thorough understanding of the contextual factors that shape early childhood development.

Two Year Old Teacher Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customizing and deliver the Kiddie Academy proprietary curriculum
• Execute lessons designed to facilitate students’ social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Encouraging self-expression through understanding, flexibility, and behavioral reinforcement.
• Mediating conflict between students.
• Modelling appropriate behaviors, even when not on duty.
• Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning at all times.
• Communicating with parents to learn more about each child’s life outside the classroom.
• Conducting evaluations to inform parents about their children’s progress at school.

Two Year Old Teacher Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 18 Years Old
• At least 2 years of previous experience in a preschool setting or equivalent.
• Patient, nurturing and thoughtful
• Good communication skills
• Ability to stand as a positive role model for impressionable minds
• A passion for early childhood development
• Excellent problem-solving skills’
