We are looking for a person with a unique set of talents to leverage your “Genius” in driving the tech development, utilization and support, as well as the social media presence of our brokerage (Market Center), Leadership and Associates.
This unique opportunity will allow you to learn about and embrace the Keller Williams ecosystem and culture to grow an amazing career and opportunity for success. As our Director of Associate Technical and Social Media Development, you will support the Leadership in recruiting and training top agents through sharing the value proposition of KW Technology and its utilization, as well as on-going retaining of top agents by training and engaging them in our technology. You will be the “go to” person for all tech related functions and are responsible for first-level technical support to the associates in the market center. In addition, you will be working with leadership and associates to train, create and drive our social media presence across all platforms.
We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, social media and training in their background. At times you will be a problem solver, a business consultant, and coach. You are someone who is highly assertive, passionate, and a people-oriented individual who operates with urgency.
You must have exceptional communication/presentation and teaching skills and naturally connects with others. You will understand technology in general, and able to adapt quickly to our tech-stack and become the SME. You must have an understanding of social media platforms and marketing and a plus if you have a grasp on on-line lead generation. It would be great if you have a strong handle on our competitors’ technology. You should quickly be able to understand and articulate the unique value proposition of Keller Williams’ technology and be able to effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner.
