Level Fitness Club Hiring for Spin Cycle Instructors Full Time

Seeking an Indoor Cycle Instructor to lead our fitness classes. As our new Group Exercise Instructor you must be:

• Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines
• Confident in your professionalism by ing on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
• A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio

Compensation: $35/Unit – $50/Unit. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must possess a current cycling certification (Schwinn or Stages indoor cycling certifications are highly recommended)
• Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification;
• Must be well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, exercise modifications for all populations and ACSM Guidelines for frequency, intensity, duration, and mode.
• Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
• Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Yorktown Heights, NY 10598: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification (Preferred)
