Horizon Services Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

Horizon Services, Inc., a leader in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric industries is seeking an organized, detailed and driven individual to join our team of experienced designers, developers, and marketing professionals. This person is expected to be a self-starter and will be responsible for website content updates, SEO, graphic elements and various account management duties. The ideal candidate would prefer a fast-paced environment, working independently and with the creative team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Update WordPress website content (text, graphics and other elements) with conversion in mind

· Proofread, edit and write website content to be published to support SEO/SEM strategies

· Administrative duties surrounding account/user management and business verification processes including various Google and Social Media platforms

· Edit and update Google Business Profile listings

· Basic Google Ads, Google LSA, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console knowledge

· Ability to pull on-demand Google Analytics ing based on marketing KPIs

· Contribute to ongoing Conversion Rate Optimization plans and brainstorming; implementation with digital partner

· Support Digital Communication team with tracking configuration or graphic content for social/email/SMS

• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and digital partners to ensure the timely delivery of assignments
• Assist in onboarding and integration of new brand acquisitions

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· WordPress CMS experience REQUIRED

· Google Analytics experience REQUIRED

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency PREFERRED
• Strong understanding of typography, layout and website interaction
• Knowledge in computer technology and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
