What Your Job Duties Will Entail As An HR Associate

Below we have briefly listed a few of the job duties you will have as a HR Associate at Corporate Immigration Partners P.C.:

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Assist with talent acquisition for CIPPC and its clients.
• Handle employee relations and internal communications.
• Assist with new employee orientation and onboarding.
• Assist with employee performance evaluations.
• Calculate payroll.
• Administer benefits to employees.
• Perform other HR and/or paralegal duties as assigned.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
