Account and Client Management serves as a liaison between the company and internal and external partners. This position provides deep subject matter expertise for consulting with clients, project management, and supporting enterprise initiatives to achieve organizational targets.

What you do

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned agencies
• Consult on development plans for each client
• Manage tools and resources and ensure availability to customers
• Assist in identifying target markets and implementing recruiting and training programs
• Build positive relationships leading to customer loyalty and improved sales and policy results
• Maintain client and relationship activity information, filing approvals, initiatives, and other pertinent information in the system
• Schedule, plan, and execute both virtual and in person annual plan reviews and monthly operational meetings
• Deliver both virtual and in person participant enrollment and education meetings
• Respond and resolve escalated client service issues
• Manage both virtual and in person financial professional meetings and relationships
• Proactive outreach calls and both virtual and in person meetings
• Work with retention and pricing initiatives
• Plan design reviews and discussions
• Attend both virtual and in person sales final meetings
• Both virtual and in person on-boarding of new plans
• Consistently log CRM system activity
• Identify at-risk clients while mitigating and managing risk

What you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Business, Communication, or related field required
• 4-7 years previous retirement plans experience required, including an understanding of multiple employer plans, PEOs and associations, fees and expenses, plan design, investment basics, and fiduciary concepts required
• 3 years of retirement plan client relationship management experience, including a general knowledge of nondiscrimination testing, 5500 preparation, investments, mutual funds, and separate accounts preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Retirement Plan Administration systems, CRM systems, and virtual technology
• Excellent telephone and virtual meeting/presentation skills, with an ability to also facilitate in-person meetings
• Occasional travel
