PIE Management a Local Staffing Agency is seeking to hire a General Office Assistant to provide clerical assistance in the area of Grand Rapids MI. The Ideal candidate has experience assisting customers with inquires, receiving and screening calls, taking detailed messages, office operations and following instructions.
Job Duties:
· Provides clerical assistance to all regional staff.
· Composes routine letters, memoranda, and s using knowledge of work area instructions and guidelines for appropriate signature.
· Maintains confidentiality of documents, information and case file information received.
· Sorts, opens, and distributes incoming mail to staff and associates incoming correspondence with files or related materials needed for s and meetings.
· Identify needs and follows office procedures to request office supplies, equipment, repair, and maintenance.
· Establishes and maintains office files, electronic files, and other information as requested by the supervisor.
· Operates standard office equipment such as computer software packages, calculators, copiers, and facsimile machines, etc.
Skills & Experience:
· Stellar Communication and customer service skills
· Advance user of Microsoft Office Suite
· Intermediate User of Adobe Pro
· Experience working with individuals with Disabilities, specifically legal blindness, and low vision
· Typing up to 55 WMP
