Channel Program Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

Channel Program is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing marketing team.

About You

You’re a motivated self-starter with a pragmatic approach to any task assigned. You love to bounce ideas off of your team members and collaborate on projects that drive results. You are data-driven, and want to use numbers to help make things simple.

You’ve got:

• A background in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/MAP tool
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Experience with Google Ads
• Experience with Facebook Business Manager
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced & growing company
• Ideas! We want someone who’s excited to share their thoughts and suggestions with the team
• Bonus points if you have experience working at a SaaS company or marketing to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking, measuring, analyzing, and ing on data from Google Analytics and other channels to drive marketing efforts
• Implementing and monitoring our paid digital advertising strategy, using insights from available data to optimize spend and performance
• Managing all digital ad campaigns, including multiple social media channels, Google Ads, and more
• Implementing and managing an email marketing strategy to drive growth & retention
• Optimizing workflows and processes
• Planning and executing conversion tests and A/B tests for digital ads, email marketing, etc.
• Working closely and collaborating with the rest of our awesome marketing team on new ideas, projects, and strategies (read more about us below!)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
