Ripples Swim School Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Full Time

The role will include welcoming customers, answering phones, working on our computer system, responding to incoming emails, booking swim lessons, coordinating calendars, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our customers. We will train you in all of our systems and procedures prior to starting so you are completely comfortable in the role. Starting pay based on relevant experience. A pay raise will be given after 6 months based on job performance criteria being met.

* Reception experience preferred but not required.

* Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working in a busy, energetic environment.

* Must be very comfortable working on computer.

Hours we are looking for:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2:00pm-8:00pm
Wednesday and Thursday 2:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
