Talent Experts LLC Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist Full Time

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting demand generation initiatives within our core verticals/market areas. This includes owning the tactical execution of marketing automation and campaigns in Marketo and managing a portfolio of account-based and inbound marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Specialist requires a wide breadth of experience in digital marketing and the expertise to manage campaigns from the identification of buyer personas successfully, through development of tactical plans, to measurement and optimization of campaign elements to achieve goals.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for regularly communicating with the Market Strategy Managers, Product Management, and North America Sales teams to understand and communicate the overall effectiveness of marketing programs. The Lead/Demand Generation Specialist receives broad guidance on priorities and processes and recommends an execution plan.

The Digital Marketing Specialist role is office-based.

Requirements

• Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end campaigns while maintaining cohesive automated workflows.

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey across multiple markets.

• Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns and targeting new prospects and current customers in key markets to improve customer acquisition and retention.

• Utilize Marketo, Salesforce and other data sources to regularly on campaign performance and marketing influence across the customer journey from lead creation to opportunity close.

• on marketing automation performance, including emails, landing pages, forms, and more.

• Understand and develop the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems.

• This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Benefits

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biological science; additional degree/certification in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field considered favorably.

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in either digital marketing, product marketing, and/or campaign planning, management, and execution in a related industry (life science, biotechnology tools and reagents).

• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and integrating Marketo workflows across systems.

• Fluent in CRM applications (SFDC); able to quickly implement new applications as needed.

• Demonstrated analytical skills including experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.

• Proven hands-on experience developing differentiated positioning through customer insights, creating buyer personas, capturing the buyer journey.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and pivot rapidly when needed to address urgent business needs.

• Strong writing and copy-editing skills (e.g., engaging campaign messaging content, web copy, email copy).

• Deep interest in measuring and optimizing campaign effectiveness.

• Knowledgeable in SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing tactical activities and KPIs.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and oral communication, organization, analytical, digital and project management skills with a strong customer focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
