Job Description – Account Executive

Are you tech-savvy and have experience in B2B SaaS sales? Do you have a passion for the Health & Wellness industry? Then this could be EXACTLY the job opportunity that you’re looking for!

A successful Account Executive should be motivated by finding new companies that need Cyno’s help in making their workforce healthier and happier. Their prime responsibility will be qualifying new potential clients over the phone, video calls and emails. The candidate should be an expert at selling B2B directly into Human Resources & People in Culture departments across North America and should be passionate about achieving all sales goals. As an expert in communication, they should excel at qualifying and dis-qualifying leads in the sales funnel and closing new contracts in a timely manner.

Where Will I Work?

Cyno is a remote/hybrid company that is only restricted by time zone (for team collaboration). The time zones that work with our current teams are: NST, AST, EST

Your Responsibilities:

Cold-calling potential customers, prospecting for accounts, and generating and following leads
Generating new sales
Closing contracts and extending accounts
Teaching clients about all relevant goods and/or services
Developing effective solutions to customer problems
Keeping organized records and tracking progress toward business goals and quotas using automation tools
Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions.
Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

What’s required to fill this role:

Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
A natural with cold outreach (i.e: phone, email, and/or LinkedIn)
Experience with CRMs and/or other equivalent platforms.
Out-of-this-world communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
