In this position you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities:

· Use a customer-focused, needs based review process to educate customers about our insurance and financial service products

· Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed

· Meet mutually agreed upon production and marketing goals

· Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

· Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Proactive in problem solving

· Excellent communication skills

· Self-motivated

· Detail oriented

As a Sales Account Representative you will receive:

· Salary plus commission (no caps on commissions)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 – $65,500.00 per year
