About the position

We are looking for Somebody to oversee the day to day Operations and technician managenment for a fast paced Facility maintenance company. Ideal Services has plumbers, electricians, handymen. We own and maintain all our own vehicles and equipment and do most of our work in house. There are about 15 people in the office and 30 in the field

Position Responsibilities

*Oversee Dispatch of 35+ field Techs

• Oversee dispatch staff for smooth and efficient work order flow, from scheduling to completion

o Ensure work order description is understood ando Ensure the techs have proper training on procedureso Ensure the right tech is sent to a job based on skill level Work to improve the skill level of the service techs Work to build the techs and staffs confidence, attitudeo Ensure techs have the proper paperwork and materials

• Manage work order scheduling, with staff, to ensure ETAs are met.
• Oversee work order completions to meet client’s criteria
• Oversee the quality of the work being performed
• Work with Dispatch manager to insure customer satisfaction
• Work with the GM and owners to ensure the team works together as cohesive team

Must have 10+ years experience in Trade Services and 5+ years experience in a Supervisory role
Looking for a leader that can:

• Work with, motivate and be the anchor to all the technicians and insure they are providing great quality to our clients
• Hire and fire new technicians Including dicipliner and praise as neccessary

This position is for those with the experiences as listed above Assist the account managers on a daily basis as the scheduler to all field techs.

· Assist account managers with client relations

· Oversee Dispatch dept with decisions on tech route and job assignments.

Minimum Requirements

· 5+ years experience in the management of 30 + technicians and general management.

· · Experience supervising personnel.

· Detailed-oriented with the ability to multitask.

· Ability to perform in an extremely fast paced, busy environment.

· Ability to remain professional and deal with personalities sometimes even attitudes.

· Quality control of work performed.

· All field staffing/training

· Word, Excel, Outlook

Definite Plus

· Any knowledge of trades (Plumbing, electrical, handyman)

· Knowledge of Facility management portals such as FM Pilot, Service Channel, SMS Asist etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
