The Retail Training Resource Coordinator will work within all three areas of Retail Training to include Professional Retail Services, Digital Learning/ Ace Learning Place and Curriculum Development. They will have both a support and lead role in various tasks and activities as noted in the principal activities section.
The coordinator will work directly with the Sr Manager Retail Training, Digital Learning & Development to ensure projects are properly assigned and all deliverables are met to ensure world class training to our retailers and associates .
This coordinator will require a high level of multi-tasking, relationship management and timely, clear and concise communication between development/project managers, Oakbrook departments and the field teams as appropriate.
What you’ll do:
Schedule, manage resources and c ommunicate frequently to exceed the expectations of the retail stores and training instructors.
Financial-Month End Accounting : M aintain a system that creates a discipline , to bill / accrue accurately and in a timely manner. Work successfully and cross-functionally with Finance and to e nsure proper process /procedures are being incorporated. Be familiar with the budget and be able to research discrepancies The Coordinator will process monthly billings, reconcile month-end accounts, provide month end recaps of revenue/income activity .
Conventions Lead : Project manage the communication and logistics for all R etail T raining deliverables to support Ace’s two live and virtual conventions annually. This includes training session management, communications with internal business partners, conventions and communication department. Team lead of all creative assets with Creative Services . Working with Store Systems and Operation & C onventions on the shared booth and R etail T raining center setup and tear down . Ongoing email communication to all business partners on show registration.
A ce L earning P lace (ALP) support : Daily support of the ACETRAIN email mailbox and answer incoming calls from retailers from the Retail Training hotline . Build and maintain courses/classes which have been submitted through the team SharePoint site and the Learning Consultants . U pdat e courses within ALP , decommissioning courses, removing decommissioned courses from learning plans, certifying documents and tagging courses w ithin the LMS.
OSAT : Develop and maintain surveys and ing to support PRS engagements and AMA virtual and custom classes. Compile weekly summary of OSAT results for R etail T raining leadership team .
Overall Retail Training Leadership Team support of corporate and offsite meeting s and support department meeting execution working in partnership with the Retail Training leadership team.

1-3 yea rs of administrative assistant experience
1-2 years retail or office experience , working with vendors preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred (commensurate experience considered) .
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills with retailers, outside resources, field staff, and Corporate
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks , multiple schedules , solve problems a nd meet deadlines
Excellent software skills including but not limited to ADW, SAP, Excel, Word, Access, Power P oint, MS Teams, Outlook, Live Meeting , and Zoom
Compensation Details:
$60900 – $76200
