JOB SUMMARY:
Serve as primary Administrative Assistant of church database and membership. Assist Executive Director of Administration with the general administrative and clerical needs supporting Clergy, Program Staff and all church ministries.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Maintain and update Church Systems database. Process/input new members, member/visitor, maintain accurate data of members/visitors, membership Transfer In/Transfer Out letters, track and promote all Sunday school children each year.
· Provide staff and evangelism ministry group with weekly Visitor .
· Generate database s as needed.
· Weekly/Monthly create Sunday Worship Bulletin, Bulletin insert, and Newsletter.
· Email Bulletin announcements, sermon and special news to congregation every week.
· Create musical playbills, special bulletins and additional projects as required.
· Maintain Book of Life for end-of-year ing and check-out s.
· Post worship/life group attendance, baptisms, new members, deaths, adjust status and removals; check for duplicates; maintain backup records spreadsheet.
· Post and update sermons, community study, e-blasts, devotionals, slides, and Sunday announcements to website; set up events and provide general website maintenance.
· Provide back up to Administrative Assistant-Receptionist.
· Assist the Executive Director of Administration (EDA), Director of Music Ministries and, with other staff with responsibilities as requested.
· Create and maintain slides for worship services and public meeting areas.
· Create and Maintain data on Signup Genius, Constant Contact, and Canva for registrations (i.e., VBS, camps, mission trips, other ministries).
· Assist EDA with facilities event setup/approval, EMS monitoring, and building lockup.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· High School graduate.
· Working knowledge of office procedures (equivalent education/experience of two to three years of office courses or experience); strong knowledge of ACS Realm Church Management Systems or other database programs.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.

· Ability to multi-task; flexibility to move from one project to another with little or no notice.
