WELLS FARGO BANK Hiring for Talent & Performance Management Director Full Time

Wells Fargo is seeking Talent & Performance Management Directors. In these newly created roles, these leaders will be responsible for talent, performance management, organizational development and effectiveness, workforce management; and will partner closely with learning & development and university program activities allowing the business to have one single point of contact in Human Resources.

In these roles leaders will:

• Provide vision and set direction for multiple companywide functions within the areas of talent acquisition, planning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with HR Business Partners/Leaders to ensure a coordinated, client aligned experience with HR and the line of business.
• Provide thought leadership to develop and implement strategic solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and audit requirements.
• Be responsible for leading multiple, companywide functions which may include but are not limited to company culture, leadership development, learning, and talent planning inclusive of succession planning.
• Lead a team of managers and more experienced professionals and develop longer term and higher risk strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategy within the areas of focus and apply an enterprise view to drive common solutions across all business lines.
• Oversee multiple more experienced leaders of functional teams with complex areas of accountability.
• Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including peers and more experienced leadership.
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Talent, Learning & Development and Performance Management.
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
• Conceptualize, develop, and implement human-centered talent and skill development solutions for the skills of the future: tech, financial, data & empathetic leadership.
• Identify skills and knowledge among leaders, employees & teams specific to the future skill needs of each cohort, including a plan for roles that will be made obsolete through technological advances and how to upskill and/or re-deploy talent particular in Operational areas.
• Design learning interventions in various formats including live, multi-media, etc. aligned to the transformational needs of the employees. Use process consulting as a method to co-create change.
• Develop and implement mitigation techniques that drive adoption and ensure sustainable change from a cultural perspective.
• Lead with data, review and analyze complex larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Recognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understands implications of conflict, supports change and uses root cause analysis to evaluate areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications, US:

• 8+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Extensive Talent & Performance Management leadership, with Client Manager experience supporting Sr. Executive level Leaders
• Strong and effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment.
• Highly effective consultative leader with credibility through demonstrating strong business and data driven acumen, passion for customer service and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss complex information in a way that informs others and enhances understanding at all levels
• Excellent consulting, influencing, collaboration and partnering abilities with business executives/ leaders and HR partners
