Renewal by Andersen Hiring for Sales and Design Consultant Full Time

We are Renewal by Andersen of Greater Wisconsin. Renewal by Andersen is locally owned and has in house top master installers. We’re expanding due to an unprecedented increase in leads and demand for our energy saving products. We are looking for an In-Home Sales Consultant that will bring their knowledge of the industry, honesty, and inviting personality to our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct in-home presentations with homeowners who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their window replacement project
• Use the tools, training, and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services
• You will have industry leading product samples, support and technology to assist you in closing the sale
• Run up to 10 pre-qualified leads per week (in home appointments generated/set by our call center)
• Absolutely no prospecting!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous B2C sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a burning desire to succeed
• Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on evenings and some weekends
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• Reliable transportation
