Job Summary:

Digital Marketing Specialist / S&S Activewear

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help own strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis of our paid media program and work across the marketing org to help us realize our 360 degree digital strategy. This role will focus on driving high volume, high quality acquisition initiatives and supporting retention/reactivation efforts. The position requires an analytical, innovative marketer who combines excellence and rigor in media optimization with creative story-telling. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join the team and build integrated full funnel programs. The ideal candidate should possess foundational knowledge in analytics, a deep understanding of ecommerce, and a strong desire to yield impactful performance-oriented results. This is a high impact, high visibility role with ample room to grow and scale quickly.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, Full-Time, Exempt

Background

• 3+ years of paid media/performance marketing experience
• Experience from an agency or fast-growing startup
• Experience with GA360, AdWords, and Facebook Business Suite
• Responsible for overseeing paid media program for B2B company
• Responsible for auditing paid media agency across paid search, display, social, and affiliate
• Understand customer journey and develop strategies to support full funnel tactics
• Hands on experience in either paid search management or display/social management
• Experience with PPC, TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, Google Shopping, Google Ads, Programmatic, ROI
• Ability to read and speak English

Responsibilities

• Support paid media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across display, social, and paid search including developing keyword and campaign strategy, ad and landing page testing
• Daily management and optimization of acquisition channels, including paid social, search, and display channels
• Manage marketing spend and performance to drive strong media ROAS and LTV/CAC and efficient prospecting of new customers
• Work closely with the executive leadership team to present results, communicate performance, and share funnel conversion improvement ideas
• Work cross-functionally to develop compelling creative assets, ads copy, and landing page experiences to drive results
• Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills. Confident digging into data and deep familiarity with growth KPIs including LTV & ROAS
