What you’ll be doing:

• Consult with internal and external customers in resolving issues that affect our customers
• Resolve customer issues quickly and accurately before and after they contact us
• Provide exceptional service, while helping customers meet all their business needs
• Apply active listening skills to quickly filter through complex situations

Qualifications:
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
• 1-2 years previous Customer Service experience required
• Fluently Bilingual (written and orally) in English and Spanish

• Ability to work from home, distraction free (requires high speed internet, designated office space
• Ability to set up work from home station and perform basic equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to work an 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday
• Availability to attend training in person during the first week

• Previous work from home experience an asset

• Exceptional time management skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attendance record
• Ability and willingness to flex to take on new challenges and meet or exceed goals
