We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to assist with maintenance, upgrades, and management of our software, hardware, and IT networks to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This full-time, rewarding position is being added due to company growth.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and maintain user workstations and accounts (Active Directory / Office 365)

· Set up and maintain VMWare servers

· Support and troubleshoot production floor systems and physical barcode scanners

· Provide support and troubleshooting for printers and other technology tools

· Troubleshoot end user issues with Office 365 and other office related software

· Support user accounts and their access to the ERP system

· Restore data for users as needed

· Resolve user IT support tickets

· Assist in developing new procedures and document existing procedures

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a system administrator, network administrator, or similar role

· Experience and working knowledge of: Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, VMWARE (vSphere / ESXI), Cisco Networking, PowerShell, Active Directory, & Office 365

· Excellent communication skills and patience to work with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users

· Able to work independently with a high level of self-motivation

· Excellent troubleshooting skills through research and end user engagement

· Ability to find creative solutions to overcome obstacles with minimal assistance
