Compensation Minimum:$91,200

Compensation Maximum:$152,000

TRUE is reimagining the homeowner insurance ecosystem and member experience. We are building our platform from the ground up to be the best in class to support our vision. We’re in search of an application specialist/platform developer who can help us in our efforts. You will be responsible for planning, successful execution, and ongoing support of development projects on Unqork and other platforms. You will be working with other global team members to coordinate the requirements pipeline, implementation, and release. If you can prototype quickly using the low-code / no-code platform and can develop that into a full-featured enterprise workflow, you are the perfect candidate for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to (and learn from) external teams for technical integrations.
• Develop / Configure Unqork (http://unqork.io) modules for internal and external workflows.
• Help and advice in the selection of the most appropriate frameworks to use with the product.
• Work closely with the Unqork and other platform teams to define and consume API services for downstream applications.
• Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues before launch.
• Deploy product updates as required while implementing integrations when they arise.
• Manage application deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
• Work with open-source technologies as needed.
• Work with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and/or SVN.
• Stay current with industry trends and source new ways for enhancing our user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience building applications in JavaScript.
• Experience in designing specifications, prototyping, managing POCs and more.
• Experience architecting web applications at an enterprise scale.
• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure Unqork applications are built with sound architectural design principles.
• Proficient working knowledge of REST APIs and other web services.
• Relational or non-relational database query experience.
• Modern front-end framework experience (i.e. React, Angular).
• Knowledge of RESTful Web-Services, JSON, networking protocols, and best practices for promoting leading application performance.
• Consistent upward and downstream communication.
