Equation Staffing Solutions. Hiring for Customer Service/Order Desk (FT) at Calgary, AB Full Time

• Resolve client complaints and questions in a professional manner
• Answer the phone
• Create freight bills as needed
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers’ accounts, updating information as needed
• Coordinate between departments effectively
• Other duties as required

• 1+ year experience working in an office environment is required
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly proficient with Outlook, rule setting and handling high volumes of emails
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication, spoken and written
• Good mathematical skills
• Strong ability to resolve issues and maintain customer relations
