McGregor Boyall Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at London, England Full Time

An exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a trading organisation to support continued growth and expansion across EMEA. The role will be supported by a Recruitment Coordinator and will focusing on driving direct sourcing for the organisation with a focus on role up to a VP level. This will also include a strong focus on hiring talent in junior talent.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop an enhanced framework for engaging and attracting talent through direct candidate engagement
• Own end to end recruitment process for hiring at junior and mid-level including building a pipeline for Trading bench at analyst level
• Manage engagement with third party agencies and internal stakeholders where appropriate
• Build and implement a diverse recruiting strategy focused on attracting and building diverse talent pools
• Develop and implement early careers campaigns to increase pipeline of junior candidates for permanent hiring and internships
• Establish relationships with external partners that will benefit efforts to diversify talent acquisition including universities, campus societies, diversity partners
• Partner with corporate communications to utilise social media platforms as a tool for attracting a broader pool of candidates
• Define and analyse key performance metrics, in order to monitor success of initiatives, optimise the approach and report on impact periodically

Skills & Experience:

• Highly skilled Talent Acquisition specialist with a minimum of 7 years’ experience within the Talent Acquisition hiring for both earl careers and lateral hiring ideally within an Investment Bank, Trading or Private Equity firm
• Proven experience in driving direct sourcing capability and experience of using networks and tools to attract talent e.g., LinkedIn
• Excellent stakeholder engagement both internally and externally with the ability to influence, engage and drive decision making
• Strong results oriented and commercial individual who can manage multiple projects at the same time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

NB this role will be office based 5 days per week in London
