As a result of the rapid growth in the care sector, we have an incredible opportunity for a dedicated individual to develop their skills and progress their career in the care sector as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator.
Approximately 500,000 new domiciliary care workers joined the sector in 2021. This role will allow you to find stability in an ever-expanding industry whilst also honing your skills for a career path that suits you. You’ll find plenty of opportunities for development in this Recruitment Co-Ordinator position.
This Recruitment Co-Ordinator opening would be perfect for anybody who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who LOVES PEOPLE You will be responsible for onboarding the correct new staff to an ever-expanding team. This team dynamic has been built up across the 11+ years that this office has been open. Their business is built on a solid team foundation, and you will be at the core of this as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator.
