As a sourcing consultant at McConnell Dowell, you will thrive on collaborating with the business partners to deliver top quality talent to our client. You will enjoy working in partnership on sourcing strategies and ensuring that the candidate experience is a positive one.
In this role you will be part of a team of sourcing specialists and will enjoy being an expert in your given portfolio, quickly becoming a go to person for candidates within that field. You will have a natural flair for sourcing and talent attraction, and therefore be able to attract excellent candidates. Working closely with the onsite recruitment business partners you will present high quality short lists, whilst offering insights and advice to the hiring managers.

About You
You will have experience and a passion for talent sourcing whether that is in-house, agency or RPO. You will be able to tap into the passive market allowing you to build a strong talent pipeline. You will thrive on being busy and having a volume of roles, often at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Your strong organisational and communication skills with ensure you stay on-top of deadlines and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way.
