Job Description :
– Business Partner with the leadership team to assess and determine the company’s strategy for employee development , assessment ,retention ,including facilitating corporate performance reviews
-Lead the talent acquisition function to develop ,drive, execute strategic and inclusive talent acquisition plans designed to hire a broad rage of candidates
-Develop and execute annual initiatives for Human Resources that are targeted to advance each of the corporate strategies
-Be a role model using our companies core values ; provide guidance, mentorship ,and leadership as well as facilitating the professional development of the HR team
-Responsible for successful HR programs including: employee and labor relations, recruitment and selection practices , training, onboarding , succession planning , benefits , leave of absence administration, performance management , payroll entry ,and management of workers compensation claims
-Lead in the design of self-insurance health and welfare programs annually
-Monitor and ensure compliance with federal ,state, and local employment laws and regulations , recommended best practices ;reviews, modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
-Develop and manages corporate safety strategies continuously in conjunction with operations
Preferred Qualifications , Skills and Experiences:
-Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines preferred
-HR Certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) preferred
-Minimum of 10 years of experience demonstrating competence in multiple HR disciplines
-At least 3 years of supervisory experience
-Strong experience in employment laws and regulations
-A broad business perspective and well-rounded business acumen in manufacturing
-Strong interpersonal skills , able to connect with all stakeholders
-Ability to move throughout the production facility frequently
