Effectively executing Agile practices and implementing Agile transformations is critical for our clients. In this role, you will develop best practices and lead teams through implementation and execution. You will be working with a diverse group of talented individuals with varying knowledge and experience in the Agile and the Atlassian product suite.

As a Principal Agile Leader, you will help teams build value and velocity through implementation of Agile practices. You will develop best practices and mentor other leaders in the use and sustainment of agile tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and others. You will need to be both creative and innovative in finding solutions for various teams within the organization while adhering to industry best practices. You will facilitate user adoption and ensure that users have the necessary knowledge to utilize the tools effectively.

• Conducting training on Agile thought and Agile tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Maintaining the scalability, sustainability, and manageability following industry standards and best practices for Confluence and Jira Data Center and Server instances.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 Years of Experience
• The ability to work on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH
• A U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a National Security Clearance (SECRET, TOP SECRET, SCI)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
