THE ROLE:

Lifted Entertainment is recruiting for a Talent Coordinator to work with and assist our Talent Team in London.

The role will help identify, engage and secure the best available editorial and production offscreen talent (behind the camera) and provide a first rate administrative support function throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

MINIMUM CRITERIA:

Key responsibilities with regard to Processes and Procedures

• Ensure all required personal data captured including ‘right to work’ evidence and any data required to complete the contracting and on-boarding process

• Share some contracting workload with contracts assistants keeping abreast of HMRC guidelines to ensure procedures and practices are legally compliant

• Ensure mandatory training of all new hires completed in a timely fashion

• Monitor market rates for key talent to ensure that ITV remain competitive and production costs are controlled

• Under direction of the talent executive negotiate rates/salary with junior freelance and contract staff

• Monitor feedback on freelancers and staff towards the end of each production, providing feedback and taking appropriate action if required

• Assist with diary management and travel bookings for talent executives

• Develop knowledge of all systems and social media used in the attracting, selection and hiring of talent.
