Australia Chef Migration is a specialist international recruitment company assisting professional Chefs set up their career and life in Australia.

Operating since 2016 we have successfully placed over 600 qualified cooks and Chefs to our clients across Australia.

We are extremely excited to announce the next step in our growth of finding a Candidate Manager to join the team and step into the business in a fulltime capacity.

Position Requirements

• Strong administrator skills
• Some experience with Microsoft Officer and software databases
• Outstanding communication skills across both verbal and written disciplines
• Strong business acumen with a driven and self-motivated personality
• Results driven focus

About The Position

• Work across various sourcing programs to identify great candidates
• Daily Monitoring of JobAdder candidate applicants
• Responding to all candidates in JobAdder
• Allocating Candidates to appropriate talent pipeline
• Responding to candidate enquiries in jobs email
• Daily monitoring of social media channels
• Daily responses to all social media channels
• Working with Candidate Manager to obtain largest number of applicants
• Social media marketing content creation, content and monitoring for performance
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
• Deliver a first-class candidate and client experience all the time

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
