Job Overview:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will act as a liaison between Keypak and its stakeholders including customers, partners, suppliers, and employees. They will provide exceptional service and develop effective working relationships with our customers through effective communication and an understanding of their needs. They will resolve any emerging product/service with accuracy and efficiency.
