Oasis Hiring for Talent and Onboarding Coordinator Job at Murrumbeena Full Time

We are looking for a practiced Talent Coordinator to assist with a period of growth. The position will be part time ongoing, approximately 20 – 24 hours per week, 3 days a week, based in Murrumbeena, with flexibility to travel to other sites.

You will have:

• At least two years administration and recruitment experience
• Experience contracts and onboarding and onboarding new staff
• Internal recruitment experience preferably in retail, hospitality or manufacturing
• Agility to work to multiple deadlines, and the ability to prioritise
• Have experience scheduling and running interviews
• Ability to partner with internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Be articulate, well presented and a bright personality.

We currently have venues in Murrumbeena, Fairfield, & Mornington with venues in NSW.
