Carmichael UK Looking for Section Engineer at Wiltshire Full Time

Carmichaels are recruiting for a Section Engineer as well as a Site Engineer and Sub Agent on civil construction schemes on behalf of a major contractor. The project is long term and based in the Salisbury city centre!

Start – immediate

Duration: 18 months

Rates are negotiable based on experience. Inside IR35 – PAYE umbrella 

Location: site based in the middle of Salisbury City centre.

The successful site engineer will have experience in the following:

• Earthworks
• Reinforced concrete works
• Drainage
• Piling
• Structures
• Highways

Projects:

Construction of a  river diversion in the middle of the city centre with a concrete weir structure and associated earthworks. Also constructing 3no. bridges which includes piling and highways works to the bridge approaches. There is another site which is part of the same scheme which involves establishing a new river with landscaping flood defence structures, foot bridges with associated earthworks and cfa piling.
