ABOUT THE ROLE
Office Clerk duties include but are not limited to:
Data entry
Scheduling inspection requests and bookings
Answering phones and taking enquiries
Managing business email accounts
Developing and documenting office procedures
General office duties as required
ABOUT YOU
Prior and recent experience in office administration
Adept at using technology including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Apple Products.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Highly organised and process driven
Detail-oriented and resourceful
Excellent time management skills
Positive presence and good interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $15.50-$31.30 per hour
