• Should have a well developed written and spoken communication skills.
• High attention to detail who is comfortable operating in both a sales-focused role and an administrative one, as the need arises.
• We are looking for someone with high energy and an eager-to-learn attitude and the ability to balance working as part of a larger team and working independently.

• Responsibilities include booking appointments, returning emails, assisting patients with frame selection, sales, invoice matching, performing pretesting for the optometrist.
• Administrative appointment managing.
• Follow-ups and customer service tasks.
