West Shore Home is seeking a fast-paced, tenacious professional to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Dallas, TX! Our team is passionate about providing opportunities to our candidates and helping the business achieve it’s goal of becoming the most admired home improvement brand in the U.S. We set the bar high for recruiting in our industry through relentless effort and extreme ownership over our work.

We are looking for a Regional Recruiter to execute recruiting efforts in multiple markets! They will be responsible for ensuring their teams are fully staffed, providing the ability to hit revenue targets.

Key role responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Regional Recruiting Manager in developing a tailored recruiting strategy
• Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews between candidates and managers
• Create and deliver offer letters to selected candidates
• Attend local on-site and off-site hiring events as the recruiting plan warrants
• Develop strong relationships with local management to best understand their needs and expectations
• Document all data related to recruiting in Salesforce

Minimum Role Requirements:

• One year experience as a recruiter in a high-volume hiring environment
• Bachelors degree or commensurate experience
• A track record of success working in a fast-paced environment
