At FFUN Motor Sports, Saskatoon, we looking for a best breed of customer experience enthusiasts to join our service team, it’s time to be part of something truly special. We are hiring for a permanent full-time Service Advisor who is the primary touch-point and liaison between our customers and service technicians.

Your positivity will shine when greeting customers.

Your excellent listening skills will help to understand customers reasons for bringing their vehicle in for servicing.

What you will do:

• Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle
• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs
• Follow the status of the customer’s vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work
• Ongoing customer communication – provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure complete satisfaction
