Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Recruiter who is ready to make a difference. You’ll report into the European Talent Acquisition Manager who leads all TA efforts across Europe. In this role, you will use your recruiting expertise to discover and connect with people who are passionate about Kellogg and our foods. Your pride in finding talent that’s a great fit for our company is going to be a key ingredient.

As part of the European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also have the opportunity to focus on great relationships, both with the business and candidates, in order to drive quality and speed in hiring.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be responsible for the functional Recruitment Partnership – You’ll be the first contact for all open recruitment, specific to your location. That means you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycle recruitment, in partnership with hiring managers.

Other duties

• Business partnering with key stakeholders and bringing a ‘consultant’ approach to enable you to advise
• Direct Sourcing, being a key part of your role
• Fulfil Recruitment needs for the business whilst proactively pipelining for future roles, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM
• Working with the broader Talent Acquisition team on sharing diverse talent across markets to drive our ED&I agenda – ‘One team’ mindset

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Working knowledge of Recruitment, specifically around direct sourcing and pipelining
• Experience as a Recruiter/Recruitment Consultant either within a Recruitment agency or inhouse/internal
• Ability to bring a consultative approach to your role to enable you to advise the business
• Drives Results mindset
• Working knowledge of gaining market data insights to support your adapting recruitment approach
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to collaborate well with others
• English language proficiency
