Title: Recruiting Manager
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Hours: M-F 8-5p

• Maintain personal book of business at an average of $10k in weekly gross profit.
• Act as primary supervisor and people manager for Offshore Recruitment Team.
• Provide day to day coaching and developing Offshore Recruiters
• Influence the progress of each recruiter and help them improve individual skills.
• Track and monitor individual overall performance through Dashboards and reporting in ATS.
• Lead daily team stand-up meeting with team
• Provide one on one meetings for those that have missed goals 2 weeks in a row.
• Develop and issue coaching plans for recruiters who are missing goals/kpis.
• Run recurring weekly training with team
• Support onboarding, training, and development for Offshore Recruitment Team.

Requirements:

• 2 years of recruiting experience
• 1 year of experience within team management
• 1 year of experience with training and development
• Strong computer skills
• Familiar with working out of an ATS
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Must be agile and comfortable with a fast pace environment

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
