We are a lingerie retailer based in Vancouver. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to help us troubleshoot online orders (social media, email, phone, online chat), and make style and size recommendations to customers. The ideal candidate is patient, good at listening, and genuinely passionate about helping our customers.

We currently have 2 agents on the customer service team. We are looking for a third agent to help expand our hours, especially for customers on central and eastern time. The schedule will be 7am to 3pm pacific time, Tuesday to Saturday. We are open to part-time candidates, with a schedule of 7am to 12pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Option for fully remote work.

Requirements

– 1+ years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in the apparel industry

– Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

– Good communication and listening skills

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
