What you will do:
  • Champion operational excellence across all areas of Talent Attraction at Baker Tilly to deliver process efficiency and an improved candidate and recruiter experience
    • Lead, mentor and develop our team of recruiting coordinators
    • Support our Talent Attraction team by managing all operational aspects of the Talent Acquisition process, identifying opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness
    • Manage a portfolio of projects and programs, including the employee referral program and interviewer training
    • Define and document Talent Attraction processes, procedures, and workflows
    • Help identify new tools and technologies to improve the way our Talent Attraction team operates and enhance the candidate experience
    • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and external agencies to maximize the value received from those investments
    • Serve as employment brand ambassador, working with marketing and communication to build, enhance, and leverage the Baker Tilly brand in the market
    • Provide project management support for campus initiatives and events
    • Champion Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for Success (DIBS) for Talent Attraction
  • Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs
  • Support the growth and development of team members through Baker Tilly’s learning philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications:


Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience will be considered
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP highly desired
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations role, professional services experience highly desired
  • Three (3)+ years of experience effectively managing teams
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities while driving key deliverables
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including designing and executing complex analysis, and impeccable business judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey project strategies and goals
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and building consensus with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a team that is geographically dispersed
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and related technology
  • Experience with the implementation of recruiting tools
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
