Who We Are
The College Internship Program (CIP) is a private young adult transition program for individuals 18-26 years old with autism, ADHD, and other learning differences offering comprehensive and specialized services.
CIP’s programs uniquely address the needs of young adults with learning differences by focusing on the generalization of skills while living within a community of peers in a supported apartment living environment. Each student’s unique needs are met individually as they transition to independent living, college, and employment.
CIP is one of the most comprehensive programs in the world empowering young adults with learning differences to succeed in college, employment, and independent living. We strive to challenge the norms of what people with learning differences can achieve.

What you’ll do
Oversee and manage the three key pillars of the successful operation of a site location: (1) effective programming and service delivery; (2) administrative and physical functions of the site; and (3) admissions function in order to ensure quantity and quality in enrollment.
Manage and maintain high-level relationships with key contacts including families, educational consultants and institutions, and practitioners in the field.
Develop and oversee site staffing and team culture
Monitor and report center performance and outcome metrics

What you’ve accomplished
Advanced education (graduate degree or doctorate preferred)
Proven experience in a leadership position (5+ years experience in relevant field)
Thorough understanding of business and educational management techniques and methods
Excellent knowledge of educational performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting
Business acumen with a strategic ability
Education, training, or career experience in approaches, methods, and supports for persons with autism spectrum disorder and/or learning differences
