RHR Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Shepherds Bush, England Full Time

We are very excited to be recruiting for this international company, who are leaders within their field. They are involved in retail property and the management of these assets. They operate in 12 countries and their sites attract over 800 million visitors each year. We are recruiting a talent acquisition partner to join their team based near Shepherd’s Bush, West London.

The talent acquisition partner will be focusing on the recruitment of predominantly head office staff. Some of the working week will also focus on various HR functions to support the wider HR team regarding talent acquisition. This is very much an end-to-end talent role, where you will be heading up the onboarding, organising training plans, checking compliance and creating contracts, as well as creating advertising campaigns, interviewing and proactively search for the right talent. You will be dealing with senior stakeholders within the business and building a relationship within the different departments. This position will be responsible for the talent acquisition of two major locations in London, so a small amount of travelling between the locations may be required, but the base site is near Shepherd’s Bush.

Ideally, you will be bringing great experience from a talent acquisition background where you can confidently hit the ground running. You may have a retail or hospitality background, where you can demonstrate recruitment for head office positions, juggling with a number of vacancies at any time.

This position is paying up to £49,500 basic salary with a 10% bonus. There is a great benefits packages including healthcare, a great pension scheme and 35 inclusive days holiday. There is hybrid working available with 3 days in the office.
