Normerica, a subsidiary of Minerals Technologies Inc. provides private label and branded Pet products to large nationwide retailers and local independent chains.
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative in the Pet Care division.
Job Summary
While this position is responsible for the entire order management process from order placement through invoicing, another key focus is to build and maintain strong business relationships. We strive to provide our customers with prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
